Vitality Westminster Mile

Vitality Westminster Mile is the official one-mile mass participation road event in central London on Saturday 26 September 2026. London Marathon Events describes it as the only mile race in London to finish outside Buckingham Palace, with a family-friendly format and free entry for under-11s.
