DESCRIPTION:The 4 Heures VTT de Mettray is an endurance mountain bike race held each summer in Mettray\, in the Indre-et-Loire department of France. Organised by the Mettray VTT club\, riders take part either solo or in teams of two or three and complete as many laps as possible of a marked cross-country circuit over four hours. The event is open to licensed and unlicensed riders and finishes with a podium and refreshments at the club base.
