DESCRIPTION:The Dendermarathon Dwars door de Denderstreek is a mountain bike and gravel marathon organised by MTB Aspelare in the Denderstreek region of East Flanders\, Belgium\, with the 2026 edition on Saturday 13 June. After 27 years of MTB events the club introduced the Dendermarathon as a summer edition with five distance options ranging roughly from 26 to 100 km\, on country roads\, forest tracks and signed cycling paths through the rolling hills along the river Dender. The event starts and finishes in Aspelare (Ninove) and is suitable for both mountain and gravel bikes.
