DESCRIPTION:La Nocturne des Grenouilles is a night-time mountain bike\, trail-running and walking event organised by Vélo Club Simandres at the Parc des Pachottes in Simandres\, in the Rhône department. Participants set off after dark on signposted MTB loops\, short trail-running races (around 12 and 15 km) and family walks (10 and 15 km)\, with headlamps\, helmets and reflective vests required. The 2026 edition is the latest of the long-running autumn night ride in the hills south of Lyon.
