DESCRIPTION:Le Tour de Mattan is a road-cycling event held on 15 August 2026 in Oost-Cappel\, a small commune in the Nord department of France a few kilometres from Dunkirk on the Belgian border. The event takes its name from the Belgian classics specialist Nico Mattan and is organised by local clubs together with the town hall and the Fêtes et Traditions association. The route stays on the rolling Flemish-French border roads typical of the area. Parking and on-site registration are available at the start village.
