DESCRIPTION:The Memorial Van Rie is an annual recreational cycling tour organised by WTC Maldegem in Maldegem\, East Flanders\, Belgium. Riders depart from the cafetaria of Sporthal Meos on Bloemestraat and follow signposted road routes of approximately 30\, 65 and 110 km through the polders and woodland of the Meetjesland region. The event takes place in mid-August.
