SUMMARY:Taunus Bikepacking
DESCRIPTION:Taunus Bikepacking is a self-supported\, mixed-surface bikepacking adventure through the Taunus region north of Frankfurt\, Germany. The ninth edition starts on 14 June 2026 in Eppstein and follows a clockwise loop of roughly 1\,000 km\, climbing about 20 m of elevation per kilometre on a constantly changing mix of gravel\, forest tracks and tarmac. It is not a commercial race but an individual challenge where each rider decides their own pace and approach.
