Schwalm-Tal und Höhen-Marathon

The Schwalm-Tal und Hohen-Marathon is a long-distance road cycling marathon hosted by VfB 1921 Schrecksbach in northern Hesse on 21 June 2026, and counts towards the German Cycling Radmarathon-Cup. The 204 km signature loop crosses the Schwalm valley and climbs into the Vogelsberg low mountains, with around 3,200 m of elevation gain on largely traffic-free roads and gradients up to 8%. Highlights include the ascent to the Hoherodskopf at 764 m and a shorter RTF programme for less experienced riders.
