DESCRIPTION:The Rails to River XC Mountain Bike Race is a cross-country mountain bike event held in Lake Fairfax Park in Reston\, Virginia\, organised by EX2 Adventures. The 2026 edition on 17 May offers Base (1 lap)\, Sport (2 laps) and Expert (3 laps) categories on a roughly 12 km loop with about 150 m of elevation change\, including short rocky sections and flowy singletrack. E-bikes are limited to the Base race in 2026.
