Hokey Cokey Swimrun 2026 - St Austell Bay

The Hokey Cokey is Cornwalls toughest multi-sport event, don't be deceived by the distances this is a testing event and a real challenge!!! ​ Located in the Unessco world heritage site of Charlestown and taking in the beautiful St Austell Bay. There are long and short course options available to participants which enables experienced athletes and beginners to take part. LONG Course = approximately 13.8km of running and 5.2km of sea swimming - 11 stages. LONG Course Map SHORT Course = approximately 7.8km of running and 2.5km of sea swimming - 7 stages.
