Erztaler Radtourenfahren

The Erztaler Radfahrtag is an annual cycling day organised by Radteam Tharandter Wald in the Saxon town of Kurort Hartha, on the edge of the Tharandter Wald near Dresden. The event combines a Radmarathon counting toward the German Cycling Radmarathon-Cup with shorter RTF road loops of 40 to 150 km and a parallel offroad programme of 20 to 120 km, all routed through the hilly landscape of the eastern Ore Mountains. Marathon and RTF routes are signposted on public roads, while offroad participants navigate forest and field tracks by GPS.
