Mountaineer Monster Bikepacking

Self-supported bikepacking event in West Virginia organised by Mountaineer Gravel, offering 110, 270 and 465-mile route options across some of the wildest gravel and forest roads in the Appalachian region. The ride is themed around West Virginia folklore and cryptids such as Mothman and the Grafton Monster, with an integrated scavenger hunt along the route. Riders carry their own gear and navigate via GPX, with a rider packet provided in advance.
