Eiger Bike-Challenge Marathon

The Eiger Bike-Challenge is one of Switzerland's largest mountain bike marathons, set against the iconic north face of the Eiger in Grindelwald, Bernese Oberland. The 2026 edition runs 8-9 August and offers five distance options: 80 km / 4,196 m, 50 km / 2,448 m, 45 km / 2,124 m, 30 km / 1,500 m and 20 km / 900 m of climbing. With around 1,000 participants, it is part of the Bike Marathon Classics series.
