Grosse Weserrunde

Die Große Weserrunde is a long-distance road cycling marathon held on 22 August 2026 with start and finish in Rinteln, in the Weserbergland region of Lower Saxony, Germany. The 16th edition offers six distance options from a beginner-friendly 80 km tour up to a full 350 km loop reaching Hann. Münden, with intermediate routes of 150 km (RTF), 200 km, 250 km and 300 km following the Weser river. Organised by the cycling section of TSV Krankenhagen with support from the Lower Saxony cycling federation, the event is part of the German Radmarathon-Cup and caps the field at around 1,500 riders. A traditional pasta party is held the evening before at the historic Ratskeller in Rinteln.
