Penser Joch Bike Day

The Penser Joch Bike Day (Cycling Day Passo Pennes) is an annual car-free cycling event in South Tyrol, where the SS508 road over the Penser Joch / Passo Pennes is closed to motorised traffic. Riders can climb from Sarentino / Sarnthein up to the 2,211 m pass and descend toward Vipiteno on a fully traffic-free road. The event is organised by ASC Sarntal-Rad together with the Sarntal Tourism Association and local municipalities, and welcomes road cyclists and e-bikers of all levels.
