Randonnée des Diots

The Randonnée des Diots is a long-running Savoyard cycling and gravel rally organised by the Cyclo Touristes Ravoiriens (CTR) club, with the 2026 edition scheduled for 30 August in La Ravoire, near Chambéry. The event proposes nine signposted itineraries for road, gravel, mountain bike and walking participants, with distances ranging from 11 km up to 100 km across the Bauges and Chartreuse foothills. Departures are staggered between 7:00 and 10:00, with refreshment stops on each course and a traditional Savoyard meal of diots and polenta served from 11:30 at the finish. It is a club-run, all-levels rallye open to riders of every category.
