Sächsischen Fahrradfest

The SZ-Fahrradfest is Saxony's largest amateur cycling event, celebrating its 30th edition in 2026. Organised by the Sächsische Zeitung newspaper, the festival starts from Pieschener Allee in Dresden and offers five varied routes ranging from a family loop to longer recreational and sporting challenges that reach into the Berlin region. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Sunday, 28 June, with early-bird registration opening in March. The event combines cycling with a stage programme and family activities along the Elbe riverside.
