These terms describe the rules for using SportPlan and the responsibilities of both users and Dockia.
You may use SportPlan only in a lawful way and only for legitimate personal, club, or organizational planning purposes connected to the product.
You agree not to disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted areas, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or Dockia.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity that happens through your account, subject to applicable law.
If you submit events, ratings, comments, or other content, you must have the right to share it and you must not post misleading, abusive, unlawful, or infringing material.
SportPlan is provided on an evolving basis. We may update, improve, limit, or remove features when needed for product, security, or business reasons.
We aim for reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SportPlan is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Dockia is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
