Beachrace Open VTT Dunes de Flandres

The Open VTT Beachrace des Dunes de Flandre is a mountain-bike beach race staged on the sandy shores between Dunkerque, Leffrinckoucke and Zuydcoote on France's North Sea coast. The main 50 km adult course mixes hard-packed beach with rocky and sandy paths around Parc du Vent and the Maritime Hospital area of Zuydcoote, and a 12 km kids loop is offered for riders aged 10 to 14 between Place du Centenaire in Dunkerque-Malo and Parc du Vent. The event is open to federation licence-holders and non-licensed riders alike, attracting a large field of beach-race specialists each winter.
