Taunus Bikepacking

Taunus Bikepacking is a self-supported, mixed-surface bikepacking adventure through the Taunus region north of Frankfurt, Germany. The ninth edition starts on 14 June 2026 in Eppstein and follows a clockwise loop of roughly 1,000 km, climbing about 20 m of elevation per kilometre on a constantly changing mix of gravel, forest tracks and tarmac. It is not a commercial race but an individual challenge where each rider decides their own pace and approach.
