SportPlan is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it to deliver the SportPlan adaptive training service and your SportPlan Pro subscription.

We may collect account details (name, email), training data from integrated services (e.g., Strava/Garmin), performance, wellness, injury, and race information you submit, subscription records (status, trial and billing dates), and communication history related to service support. Payment card details are entered on Stripe and are not stored by SportPlan.
We use your data to generate and adapt training plans, monitor progress, provide automated training insights and race planning, manage your SportPlan Pro subscription, improve platform reliability, and communicate important service updates. If you don't subscribe, or you cancel, we keep your data and pause your plan until you delete your account, so subscribing restores it.
SportPlan is ad-free. We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for advertising. We only share data with trusted providers required to operate SportPlan, such as hosting, analytics and email, and with Stripe as the payment processor for subscriptions, under contractual safeguards.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, and legitimate business purposes. We apply technical and organizational security controls to reduce unauthorized access risk.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to or limit certain processing where applicable under GDPR and local laws.
