How it works
Tell us what you need
Your race, your weeks, your watch. Sixty seconds.
Get your personalized season plan
Every session dated, dosed and explained — not a template.
Your plan adapts
Slept badly? Tomorrow is already rewritten before you wake up.
Open it, and Tuesday is already decided.
Six by three at threshold, the heart-rate window that makes it work, 500 ml an hour, and the four meals that rebuild you by Wednesday. You just run.
What you get, and what it costs
A plan for your whole season, built around the hours you really have. Every session comes dated, with its paces or heart-rate zones and what to eat and drink around it, and the days ahead adjust to how you slept, how you feel and what you actually trained.
Training is part of SportPlan, the race calendar you may have just come from: you find the race there and prepare for it here. The calendar stays free, the training plan is one subscription, and we never sell your training data.
One plan with everything included. Cancel anytime. Pro · €9.99/month
The method is established sports science: a season built in phases, mostly easy sessions with a few hard ones, and rest when your body needs it. We have tested the engine in computer simulations, not yet in a study with real athletes, and we publish the full review. Read the scientific review (PDF)
Before you ask.
Which sports does it support?
Running (road, trail, canicross, half marathon, marathon), orienteering (sprint, middle, long and rogaine), cycling, and triathlon (sprint to 70.3 and Ironman). Other endurance sports are on the roadmap.
How does pricing work?
Training is one plan, SportPlan Pro: €9.99/month. Cancel anytime. Finding and saving races on the sportplan.es calendar stays free.
I can only train 4–6 hours a week. Is this still useful?
Absolutely. The plan adapts to the hours you actually have. Busy athletes benefit the most — one session removed, one session changed, one recovery day protected. Precision beats volume.
Will my data be sold?
No. We only use your Strava and Garmin data to build your plan. We do not sell your training data or fund the product with advertising. Full details are in the privacy policy.
When can I start?
Any day of the year. Your plan starts from where you are today — your current fitness, your schedule, your next race — and builds forward from there. No season windows, no waiting for Monday.
