How should I evaluate whether the plan is helping?
There is no fixed result or timeline. Training response depends on your own baseline, consistency, recovery, health, and goals. Compare trends such as pace or power at a similar effort, recovery, and completed training over time, and treat short-term changes as context rather than a promise.
What outcomes can I assess with my own data?
SportPlan does not promise a particular improvement. Use your own baseline to assess changes in pace or power at a comparable effort, recovery patterns, training consistency, and race-specific preparation. Device data can make those comparisons clearer, but it cannot guarantee an outcome.
Is SportPlan for beginners or only experienced runners?
SportPlan is designed for serious athletes — runners, cyclists, and triathletes who already train consistently and want a structured, data-driven approach to improve. You do not need to be elite, but you should be comfortable with a training device and motivated to use data as part of your process. Complete beginners may not yet have the baseline data needed to make real-time coaching adjustments meaningful.
How is SportPlan different from a generic training plan or app?
A generic plan gives you sessions to execute. SportPlan can adjust upcoming sessions using the data you provide, including recovery, load trends, cardiac drift, and sleep quality. This makes the plan responsive to your current context, while your results still depend on your health, consistency, recovery, and individual response.
