Built for your race
Tell us the race date and the plan works backwards through base, build, peak, taper — grounded in your hours per week.
Reads your fatigue
Weekly HR/pace trends detect fatigue-zone drift before it ruins the key sessions.
Race-day ready
Pacing and fueling protocols built from your threshold and long-run data — not a generic cheat-sheet.
A marathon block, phase by phase.
Every marathon plan moves through aerobic base → threshold build → race-pace peak → taper. Weights shift around your starting fitness.
- Base — Aerobic durability, easy volume
- Build — Tempo + threshold blocks
- Peak — Race-pace long runs, marathon-specific workouts
- Race — Structured taper + pacing plan

Marathon coaching questions
Is this a marathon training plan app or personal coaching?
SportPlan provides an automated adaptive training plan through its web app. It is our product, rather than an in-person coaching service. A human coach may fit better if you need direct supervision or technique assessment.
How does my marathon plan change?
The engine considers your goal, available training time, completed sessions, load and wellness. Supported recovery data and feedback can inform daily changes; race proximity informs tapering. A plan does not guarantee a finish time.
What does the plan cost?
SportPlan Pro costs €9.99/month, cancel anytime. You subscribe directly to paid training and billing begins at checkout.
