Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-10-21

These Terms govern your use of SportPlan. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

SportPlan is provided by CONSBA, SCCL. (NIF F43642412). Contact: [email protected].

1. Service scope

SportPlan is an autonomous adaptive training platform that provides training plan management and performance insights through the SportPlan Pro subscription. Automated training guidance is educational and does not replace medical advice.

2. Accounts and access

You can create an account without an invitation; training requires SportPlan Pro, by subscription or with a race plan for a single race (section 3). You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account credentials.

3. Subscription and payment

SportPlan offers one subscription, SportPlan Pro, at €9.99/month (VAT included), billed monthly from the day you subscribe until you cancel. For a single race from the SportPlan race calendar you can instead buy a one-off race plan for €19.99 (VAT included): it gives SportPlan Pro access from payment until 7 days after race day, is not a subscription and never renews. There is no free trial. Athletes who created their account before 11 October 2026 keep the 14-day free trial they were offered, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the customer portal; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. The digital service starts immediately after payment with your express consent and acknowledgment that, once access starts, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. After a cancellation, or when an earlier free trial ends without a subscription, your data is kept and your plan is paused until you delete your account; subscribing restores access. The race calendar on sportplan.es stays free.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use SportPlan in a way that harms other users, systems, or business operations.

5. Limitation of liability

SportPlan is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
